In a statement to Glixel, Bethesda states that we can expect that same consistent performance on Nintendo Switch. The thing that made DOOM feel great to play on consoles and PC, though, wasn't necessarily its 60 fps gameplay (though that was nice) it was the consistency of that frame rate that made the action feel so tight.
